The Indian rupee gained past 65 a dollar in early trade on Friday. It has opened higher by 15 paise at 64.90 per dollar versus 65.05 Thursday."The rupee is likely to open near yesterday's close as reduction in FII inflows coupled with profit booking in local equities may pressurise the rupee to depreciate. We see the range for today between 64.70-65.50/dollar."
